Common Questions

  • Not currently. Back to back appointments are available for now.

  • No.

    Services are by appointment only.

  • You can book the service as normal.

    Simply choose “RESERVE WITHOUT PAYING” at checkout.

    A card on file IS REQUIRED but will not be charged

    I will scan your voucher when you arrive - please have access or a screenshot of the barcode.

  • Grace period of 20 minutes.

    If you anticipate being late, please send me a text.

    I’m happy to adjust the schedule if notified in advance.

  • If you need to cancel, please do so anytime before your scheduled appointment time by simply texting me.

    Cell number provided after booking

    No-shows will be charged 50% of the original service price.

  • If you do not show up, text me or attempt to reschedule before your scheduled appointment time then I will charge a no show fee to the card on file.

    The fee is 50% of the ORIGINAL service price (not the discounted price).

    If you respond within 24hours of charge and reschedule, that amount will go towards the new appointment balance.

  • A debit or credit card must be on file to secure your spot.

    Accepted payment types: Cash, Card, Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay

  • Dress comfortably!

    Bonnets welcome and encouraged if you have a new style that can not get wet.

    Necklaces will need to be removed - unless they are water and oil proof.

  • Yes! There is plenty of free street parking all around the building.
