PAYMENT

A debit or credit card must be on file to secure your spot.

Your card will NOT be charged unless you:

Cash, Tap to Pay w/ Card, Venmo, Zelle and ApplePay

Tipping is NOT required, but ALWAYS appreciated

LATE POLICY

Grace period of 20 minutes.

If you anticipate being late, please send me a text.

I’m happy to adjust the schedule or help find a better time for you!

Anything after 20 minutes and without any type of notice (ie; text, email, dm or call) will be considered a NO SHOW**

RESCHEDULING

ZERO initial Rescheduling Fees

If you need to reschedule, please do so 24hours before your scheduled appointment time.

HOWEVER, if you reschedule your service repeatedly more than 5 times in a row on the same day as your appointment… then an deposit of $50 will be required to secure your appointment slot.

The deposit WILL go towards your appointment provided you show up.

If you prepaid, there will be no additional deposit provided you arrive.

If you cancel or No Show on your 5th time rescheduling, then the deposit/prepayment will become non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

NO SHOWS

If you do not show up, text me or attempt to reschedule/cancel before your scheduled appointment time a no show fee will be charged to the card on file.

The fee is 50% of the ORIGINAL service price (not the discounted price).

I always text each NEW client the day of an appointment to established a line of communication.

I will always offer to reschedule you BUT,

if you do not respond within 24 hours, the payment will be processed and considered non-refundable.
