PAYMENT
A debit or credit card must be on file to secure your spot.
Your card will NOT be charged unless you:
**NO SHOW (see No Shows and Late Policy)
**Reschedule more than 5 times in a row RIGHT BEFORE service start time (see Rescheduling)
**Cancel more than 5 times in a row RIGHT BEFORE service start time (see Cancellations)
Accepted payment types: Cash, Card, Venmo, Zelle and ApplePay
LATE POLICY
Grace period of 20 minutes.
If you anticipate being late, please send me a text.
I’m happy to adjust the schedule or help find a better time for you!
Anything after 20 minutes and without any type of notice (ie; text, email, dm or call) will be considered a NO SHOW

GUIDELINES
First time? Please book on website within available slots.
Return clients will have access to morning slots, same day booking (when available) and set rates.

No pets allowed in spa area.
RESCHEDULING
ZERO initial Rescheduling Fees
I highly encourage rescheduling an appointment ahead of time over cancelling.
HOWEVER, if you reschedule your service RIGHT BEFORE more than 5 times back to back without seeing me…. then an deposit of $20 will be taken automatically from the card on file to secure your spot. The deposit WILL either go towards the service cost or be returned once you arrive if you purchased through a third party (ie; Groupon)
If the deposit is denied, declined or an error occurs then the appointment will be cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel, please do so anytime before your scheduled appointment time.

NO SHOWS
If you do not show up, text me or attempt to reschedule/cancel before your scheduled appointment time a no show fee will be charged to the card on file.
The fee is 50% of the ORIGINAL service price (not the discounted price).
I always text each client the day of an appointment to established a line of communication. I will always offer to reschedule you and apply this fee towards the service OR refund if you reply within 24 hours (but don’t make this a habit - see Rescheduling and Cancellations)
If you do not respond within 48 hours, the fee will be process and is considered non-refundable.
